Officer Brian Fitzpartick died Wednesday, April 17, 2013. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 PM on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at the Loganville First United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jerry Meredith will officiate. Mr. Fitzpatrick retired as a Detective with Dekalb County after 25 years of service. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Fitzpatrick, and his brother, Glenn Fitzpatrick. A North Atlanta High School math teacher was arrested in Indiana and charged with kidnapping her 12-year-old daughter, the Buckhead Reporter has learned. Police in Fishers, Ind. arrested Lisa Elizabeth Brown on April 14 on suspicion of kidnapping the girl, according to the Cedar Hill, Texas police department.
