The County budget always seems to be such a shell game ... but the buck never seems to stop at anyone's desk. On the question of the KPMG audit, does anyone know who is responsible for following up on the reported audit? If it's the administration, that seems a bit ridiculous. Is there no public oversight from an independent group with some authority in audit matters?
