It seems the police budget doesn’t have enough money to pay for the two (2) newly appointed Majors (Lieutenants brought over from Atlanta Police). Because the two (2) new majors were not able to draw a salary after being hired by Bolton, he comes up with a plan. He asked the finance people in Decatur to eliminate enough Master Patrol Officer positions to off set the cost. Thank goodness, and only because Vernon is on his way out, someone stood up and said NO! But alias! TeBo has yet a back up plan. He has demoted Major Lisa Gassner and probably will demote at least one more Major or higher. This will make enough room in the pay structure to continue his kingdom building. It is ashamed when you give your life to this police department and move up through the ranks, just to be cast aside without merit and replaced by outsiders. To even make it worse, these outsiders are of no consequence. If they were, then how were they ever passed over by Chief Pennington at Atlanta Police?
